About Me

As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, I provide workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and 1-on-1 and group coaching to all industries, focusing on sales, business development and leadership.

I grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, and graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a degree in Business Management.

Throughout my 33-year career in banking and financial services, I have driven sales and led teams of sales professionals and leaders through growth and expansion to deliver strong and sustainable results.

My faith in Christ, along with my family, are my most important investments in life. My fantastic bride, Ginger, is my love and best friend of almost 27 years. Our two children, Ally and Brock, are our life’s joys as they thrive spiritually, physically, socially and emotionally.

1-on-1 Coaching

The biggest and most impactful results come from 1-on-1 coaching. As the "navigator" to help you toward your goals, we work together to uncover purpose, goals, and strategies around the things in your life and business that YOU want to achieve.

Group Coaching

In small groups - 3-4 max - we create collaboration along with progress for each group member. Group members work on common goals and strategies, and lifetime connections are often made within the group.

Live and Virtual Events

Does your company or group need a speaker for an upcoming event or meeting? Our talks are conversational and tactical, focusing on real-life areas of professional and personal growth.

Workshops

Does your company or group want to focus on a specific area of growth, and need someone to facilitate conversation, progress and accountability? We encourage groups to be transparent and vulnerable, because growth rarely happens otherwise.
