About Me

CEO and Head Coach of Testament Leaders Coaching

Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, providing workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and 1-on-1 and group coaching to all product and service industries, focusing on sales, business development and leadership

Grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, and graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a degree in Business Management.

Throughout my 35+ year career in banking and financial services, I have coached hundreds of multi million dollar producers, and led teams of sales professionals and leaders through growth and expansion to deliver strong and sustainable results.

My fantastic bride, Ginger, is my love and best friend of over 29 years now. Our two children, Ally and Brock, are our life’s joys as they thrive spiritually, physically, socially and emotionally.
